First, welcome to my About Randy Bridges, Entrepreneur page and my website RandyBridges.com. Yes, this website is about my business in real estate. However, this Page is more about Randy as a person. I trust this will give you an idea of who, what, where, why, when, and how I came to be interested in real estate. These words may sound a bit odd. However, being in marketing most of my business life, these 5 key points are the key that defines me as a people person. I trust I will meet some new friends and establish business relationships that will last a lifetime.
Randy’s Education and Experience
His first business adventures, selling soap in high school. Over the next few years, he served in the United States Navy from 1971-1975. Besides the Navy, his career took other directions. Printing, publishing, aviation, as a tour operator, and as an inventor. Finally, he found his calling in Real Estate.
Randy returned to school in 2018 to finish his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He graduated on July 19, 2023, from Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-I) in Rexburg, Idaho.
Banking and Lending Institutions
Several financial institutions and/or servicers use his services. Clients include Bank of America, Chase, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Responsibilities included: trash-outs and evictions. Establishing utilities, coordinating with repair crews, and cash for keys. Next, negotiations were part of his responsibilities as an REO agent. As a result, New York Times Real Estate Section featured his listing.

Randy Works With New Home Builders
Often, Randy works with new home builders. Here, 30 Day Move-in and immediate move-in are his specialties. Daily reports are received. These reports include standing inventory from most builders. Randy’s Leisure Time
In addition, his wife, daughter, and granddaughter often travel. As long as it’s a cruise our top choice. In particular, Mexico is our favorite. Included are meals, drinks, and entertainment. By the way, the shore excursions are great.
Usually, Randy tends to his lush green lawn. In short, he loves his yard. Next, Randy finished his BS degree in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He graduated with a 5.5 GPA on July 19, 2023.
By the way, this week is the season opener for NFL football. Before the game, Randy can be found in his favorite chair waiting for kickoff.
In addition, Randy is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons).
