Centennial Hills Fishing Derby 2025. This event was held at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs Park on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
Centennial Hills Fishing Derby 2025 Was Great
To begin with, the annual Fishing Derby and Pancake breakfast started early. By the way, the event was sponsored by Boy Scout Troop 129, the Nevada Department of Wildlife, Southern Nevada Building Trades Unions, Las Vegas Worm Farm, Breakin Ice, and Councilwoman Nancy Brune.
Today, I had the opportunity of meeting many of the angler who participated in this years event. For instance, students, business owners, and families were all out for a good time. Here, the little ones who along with their parents made sure they caught the “Big One.”

Here we had a youth catch a fish that was about a few of inches. For example, this fish measured approximately 12 inched. In this case, the event wasn’t the size of the fish. I short, it was the look on the faces knowing they were having a good time.
